CANCELLATION POLICY

I know life can hit us in unexpected ways, it happens to best best of us, I understand! Communication is the best form of transparency. If for any reason you need to cancel, cancellations & rescheduling must be requested with a 48 hour notice prior to appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling without 48 hour notice will need to pay a new booking fee (deposit) for the new appointment. “No-Shows” will be banned from booking in the future. Please advise upon booking you will be required to have a working card on file, as some services now require a booking fee that will be credited towards your balance at the end of your service. Booking fees are not transferable to any other person or entity nor can it be transferred to a new appointment without the necessary requirements of a 48 hour notice. ***Booking fees are non-refundable. All service sales are final, no refunds of any kind are offered. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, an adjustment can be offered if notified within 3-5 days after to your service free of charge, communication goes a long way*** Any hate speeches, bullying, cyber bullying, cyberattacks are not permitted. This is a safe space for everyone, and everyone deserves to feel safe and welcome. If you are wanting a silent appointment do not hesitate to ask for one I will understand and will gladly respect your wishes.
